Dear Norm:
We've reviewed two space area possibilities for relocating the Veterans'
Services Office. It is our understanding that the area to be vacated by
Vets' Services at first floor shall be assigned to personnel (payroll) .
The two proposed areas available for occupancy are at the third floor
bridge as follows:
1 . Reception Area Rm. 343/344 and Office 347 at third floor could be
occupied with no additional costs assigned to the project. This
space would be shared with another county ancillary function uti-
lizing a common reception/waiting area.
2. The Council Meeting Room, Room 338 could be subdivided into a
reception/waiting area and private office. This space could be
modified through a field order change. See attached sketch.
The original proposed Vet space assigned in Phase II Jail space
would be reassigned to the Sheriff, increasing the size of the
staff lounge and making provisions for future office space. See
attached sketch.
