RE: APPOINTMENT OF WELD COUNTY UTILITIES COORDINATING ADVISORY
COMMITTEE MEMBERS.
WHEREAS, there are now vacancies in the Weld County
Utilities Coordinating Advisory Committee, and
WHEREAS , the following persons have been recommended to the
committee for the terms prescribed below, to-wit:
Regular Member Alternate Member
Two Year Term Bob Patrick John Kessenich
Two Year Term Harold McFate William A. Rae
Three Year Term Frank Smith Gilman E. Olson
Three Year Term Lyle Nelson John Zadel
Three Year Term Bill Kisler James Graham
WHEREAS, the above named persons have been recommended for
membership on said Weld County Utilities Coordinating Advisory
Committee, the terms of which shall expire as follows : Two Year
Terms shall commence January 1, 1977 and run through December 31 ,
1978; Three year Terms shall commence January 1 , 1977 and run
through December 31, 1979 .
WHEREAS , Bud S. Smead has tendered his resignation from
membership on the Weld County Utilities Coordinating Advisory
Committee effective December 1, 1976 , and Jim Foster has been
recommended for membership on said Weld County Utilities
Coordinating Advisory Committee by said committee, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that they hereby appoint
the aforementioned members and alternate members to the Weld
County Utilities Coordinating Advisory Committee for the terms as
specified above, and further appoint Mr. Jim Foster to replace
Mr. Bud S. Smead for the unexpired term on said Weld County
Utilities Coordinating Advisory Committee, which appointment
shall become effective December 1, 1976.

RESOLUTION
Whereas, the Weld County Utilities Coordinating
Advisory Committee , hereinafter referred to as "Committee" ,
on December 2, 1976 unanimously recommended to the Board
of County Commissioners that the following regular and al-
ternate members be appointed to the Committee for the terms
prescribed below:
