RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING PETITION FOR ABATEMENT OR REFUND OF
TAXES- CRVI-H-AZCO LLC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Petition for an Abatement or Refund of
Taxes from CRVI-H-AZCO LLC, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 26th day of May, 2010, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to June 16, 2010, to allow adequate
time for the Assessor to prepare.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to June 16,
2010, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 26th day of May A.D., 2010.
