WHEREAS , the Weld County Utilities Coordinatina
Advisory Committee , hereinafter referred to as " Committee" ,
recognizes the need to revise the membership structure , and
WHEREAS , said Committee believes the restructure
would aid in alleviating any conflict or failure in maintain-
inn a quorum present , and
WHEREAS , said Committee has annroved an individual
to substitute for each regular member in the event of an
absence , and
WHEREAS , said Committee desires the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County to consider favorably on the in-
formation presented ; and
WHEREAS , said Committee has unanimously endorsed the
information presented herein .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED :
1 . That the Committee recommends each renular member
have an alternate as named below:
Richard Fennelly Paul McAnally
Harold McFate William A. Rae
Ray Fouts Earl Ely
Lyle Nelson John Zadel
Robert Patrick John Kessenich
Bud Smead Max A. Karner
G. Frank Smith Gilman E. Olson
2 . That the alternate named above may particinate as
a voting member in the event of the regular members absence .
3 . In the event a quorum of regular members is not
present , a minimum of two ( 2 ) regular members must be present to
effect a quorum of the regular and above named alternates present .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED , that in the event of the absence
of the elected Chairman and Vice-Chairman , the regular members
present would select an acting Chairman for that meeting .

The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion
duly made and seconded , adopted by unanimous vote on the
12th day of April , 1976 .
