RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO AREA AGENCY ON AGING
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Area Agency on Aging, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that George Conger, Linda Kautz, and Marcia
Osborn be reappointed to said board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint George Conger, Linda Kautz, and
Marcia Osborn to said board, with terms to expire January 31, 2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that George Conger, Linda Kautz, and Marcia Osborn be, and hereby are,
reappointed to the Area Agency on Aging, with terms to expire January 31, 2013.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 15th day of March, A.D., 2010.
