whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, sold, conveyed and QUIT-
CLAIMED, and by these presents do remise, release, sell, convey and QUIT-CLAIM unto the said
party of the second part, its heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest, claim
and demand which the said partiesof the first part have in and to the following described land
situate, lying and being in the County ofWeld and State of Colorado, to-wit:
A strip of land 10 feet in width lying immediately North and parallel
to the right of way of the State Highway over and across that part of Lot Two (2)
in the Northwest Quarter (NW! ) of the NORTHEAST QUARTER (NEjT) of Section Fifteen
(15) Township Five (5) North of Range Sixty—five (65) West of the Sixth P.M.,
according to the 'subdivision of lands made by the Union Colony of Colorado, lying
North of the State Highway and East of the Canal of the Greeley Irrigation
Company.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances and
privileges thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title,
interest and claim whatsoever,of the said parties of the first part, either in law or equity, to the
only proper use,benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part, its heirs and assigns
forever.
