Subject: Agenda Item on Repair of Cattle Guard on Weld County Road 90
The subject item was tabled on June 4, pending outcome of a decision as to
whether the cattle guards are needed at all .
Ourrinvestigation has shown that Weld County Road 90 is fenced along both
sides in this area (between Weld County Road 49 and 57) and that the guards
serve no practical purpose.
Accordingly, we have removed the guards at Weld County Road 49 and 57 and
will repave the road without them. It is requested that you cancel the
Agenda repair item.

Subject:. Closing of Weld County Road 90 for Cattle Guard Repair
Due to the safety of the travelling public, it will be necessary to
close Weld County Road 90 between Weld County Road 49 and 51 for a
cattle guard repair. This closure will be effective June 5 and June
6, 1979.
Please adopt the necessary resolution for the above mentioned closure.
