In line with my previous correspondence with you, please allow this letter to serve as formal written notice that
USA Mobility Wireless, Inc. intends to terminate the Lease Agreement, dated August I, 1997, by and between
Board of County Commissioners for Weld County and Paging Network of Colorado, Inc., (as predecessor in
interest to USA Mobility Wireless, Inc.). Pursuant to Section 5.02 of this agreement,rent will continue through,
and the site will be surrendered by September 10,2010. The Termination Fee equal to two(2)months rent will
be sent to you under separate cover.
