Weld County Building Violation Cases: BCV09-00044, Flavio and Graciela Pacheco As the home was manufactured prior to 1976, it must be removed from the property or demolished after obtaining a demolition permit, fees paid, the permit issued, and all inspections completed. BCV10-00048, Donald Sullivan Chapter 29, Article IV, Section 29-4-10; Article VIII, Section 29-8-40 of the Weld County Code A permit application and all applicable documentation shall be submitted for the gas line and gas test, fees paid, the permit issued, and all inspections completed. Weld County Zoning Violation Cases Continued: ZCV10-00094 Kirsten L Taufer (Bethany Salzman) Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1 of Sections 23-3-20 and 23-3-30 and Chapter 23, Article IV(4), Division 14 of Sections 23-4-1000, 23-4-1010 and 23-4-1020 of the Weld County Code. The growing operation shall be reduced to fall within the parameters established through the Weld County Code, Colorado Constitution and Colorado State Statutes or the operation shall be removed from the property. Weld County Zoning Violation Cases: ZCV10-00098 Union Pacific Railroad (Bethany Salzman) Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1 of Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-30, 23-3-30.1, 23-3-40, 23-3-40.B and 23-3-40.R of the Weld County Code. All commercial storage, operations and sales shall be removed from the property or a Use by Special Review (USR) application shall be completed and submitted to the Department of Planning Services. The mobile home shall be removed from the property as it is considered a Derelict Mobile Home.
