RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT OF WILLIAM HUGHES TO BOARD OF RETIREMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Board of Retirement, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that William Hughes be reappointed to said board as
a Public Member/Qualified Elector, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to reappoint William Hughes to said board,with a
term to expire July 31, 2014.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that William Hughes be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Board of Retirement,
with a term to expire July 31, 2014.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 28th day of July, A.D., 2010.
