HomeMy WebLinkAbout790683.tiff RESOLUTION RE: AUTHORIZATION OF PARTIAL RELEASE OF SUBDIVISION BOND FOR INDIANHEAD SUBDIVISION. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, on the 26th day of September, 1977 , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado accepted a bond in the amount of $84, 050 . 00 on the Subdivision Improvements Agreement for Indianhead Subdivision, and WHEREAS, all provisions of said Subdivision Improvements Agreement, with the exception of one, have been complied with, and WHEREAS, the developer of Indianhead Subdivision has requested a partial release of said bond. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that partial release of the bond to the level of $5 ,000 . 00 be, and hereby is, authorized. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 13th day of June, A.D. , 1979 .
