Home My WebLink About20102718.tiff 939 RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE ASSIGNMENT OF TAX LIEN SALE CERTIFICATES TO A AAND S,INC.,AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS,the Board now is the owner of certain Tax Lien Sale Certificates, descriptions of which are attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, which are for the value of the taxes owed, and WHEREAS, the subject property is a parcel of land described as: GR 4021-C IMPS ONLY MH PT BLK 37-38 CLAYTON PARK MOBILE/MODULAR, 542 N 11 AVE, #25 AND #27, GREELEY, COLORADO 80631, and WHEREAS, on November 9, 2010, A A and S, Inc., paid to the Treasurer the total sum of Two Hundred Twelve and 62/100 Dollars ($212.62) for the purchase of Tax Lien Sale Certificates No.2009/06945 and No.2009/07076 for the property listed and described on Exhibit "A," which amount represents the value of the taxes owed, plus delinquent interest; advertising fee(s); internet fee(s); rebilling fee(s); redemption interest; and an assignment fee as of November 9, 2010, and WHEREAS, the Board has the authority to assign the Tax Lien Sale Certificates in this manner pursuant to Section 39-11-120, C.R.S., effective November 9, 2010. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Weld County Treasurer be and hereby is directed to prepare Tax Lien Sale Certificates for the property listed on Exhibit "A" for assignment to A A and S, Inc.
