RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE ASSIGNMENT OF TAX LIEN SALE CERTIFICATE TO ARC
DEALERSHIP, LLC, AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,the Board now is the owner of a certain Tax Lien Sale Certificate, a description
of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof, which is for the value of the taxes
owed, and
WHEREAS, the subject property is described as: GR 17280 IMPS ONLY MH L2-7 NW4NE4
1 5 66 MOBILE/MODULAR, SITUS 2700 W C ST, #176, GREELEY, CO 80631, and
WHEREAS, on November 12, 2010, ARC DEALERSHIP, LLC, paid to the Treasurer the
total sum of One Hundred Twenty-Eight and 96/100 Dollars($128.96)for the purchase of Tax Lien
Sale Certificate No.2009/06934 for the property listed and described on Exhibit A, which amount
represents the value of the taxes owed, plus delinquent interest; advertising fee(s); internet fee(s);
rebilling fee(s); redemption interest; and an assignment fee as of November 12, 2010; and
WHEREAS, the Board has the authority to assign the Tax Lien Sale Certificate in this
manner, pursuant to Section 39-11-120, C.R.S., effective November 12, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Weld County Treasurer be and hereby is directed to prepare Tax Lien
Sale Certificate for the property listed on Exhibit A for assignment to ARC DEALERSHIP, LLC.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized to
sign said assignment and any other associated necessary documentation to affect said assignment.
