The intent of this letter is to complain about the intrusion of ACC into this'wallets and income p
elbthe tax payers of Weld
County. I have been to your meetings, I continue to read and observe your campaign in our local newspaper(ad
enclosed), and I continue to hear over the public airways on the good you wahtfo db.'With all that being said, I want to
express my findings.
ACC is very clear in the objective of the emission program:
Could reduce emissions levels
Could reduce use of inhalers
Could reduce health hazards
The only could and would about this whole program is that it will cost the taxpayers of Weld County. I disagree with
your whole program based upon evidence I have read on this issue.
I want to thank you for allowing me to take a moment and clear the air.

Vehicle emissions
testing could reduce the
need for these. f
This November, emissions testing returns to parts of Larimer and Weld
counties. The testing program is designed to reduce harmful air pollution
including ground-level ozone—a health hazard to everyone, especially
children and the elderly.
Use one of the 14 existing testing facilities or one of these new testing facilities:
