RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING PETITION FOR ABATEMENT OR REFUND OF
TAXES -J. ARTHUR LEASING, LLC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Petition for Abatement or Refund of
Taxes from J. Arthur Leasing, LLC, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 13th day of January, 2010, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to January 25, 2010, to allow
the petitioner adequate time to submit additional paperwork.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to January 25,
2010, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 13th day of January, A.D., 2010.
