Home My WebLink About20103020.tiff 1 j RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE ASSIGNMENT OF TAX LIEN SALE CERTIFICATES TO USA LAND TRUST, LLC, AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS,the Board now is the owner of certain Tax Lien Sale Certificates, a description of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof, which is for the value of the taxes owed, and WHEREAS, the subject properties are described as follows: 1) EVS PT NW4SW4 3-4-66(RUMSEY-WERNING-CAMENISCH ANNEX 10)EVANS, CO 80615 2) EVS PT NW4SW4 3-4-66(RUMSEY-WERNING-CAMENISCH ANNEX 11) EVANS, CO 80620 3) PT E2NE4 20-7-65 LOT B REC EXEMPT RE-4770 4) 1398-A SW4NW4 23-11-57 5) 1362 S2S2 & NW4SW4 15-11-57 EXC MINS WHEREAS, on December 14, 2010, USA Land Trust, LLC, paid to the Treasurer the total sum of Five Hundred Forty-Three and 38/100 Dollars ($543.38) for the purchase of Tax Lien Sale Certificate Nos. 2010/10700; 2010/10701; 2010/10767; 2010/10476; and 2010/10473 for the properties listed and described on Exhibit A,which amount represents the value of the taxes owed, plus delinquent interest; advertising fee(s); internet fee(s); rebilling fee(s); redemption interest; and an assignment fee as of December 14, 2010; and WHEREAS, the Board has the authority to assign the Tax Lien Sale Certificate in this manner pursuant to Section 39-11-120, C.R.S., effective December 14, 2010. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Weld County Treasurer be and hereby is directed to prepare Tax Lien Sale Certificates for the property listed on Exhibit A for assignment to USA Land Trust, LLC.
