f RE: AMEND RESOLUTION CONCERNING CHANGE OF ZONE FROM A-AGRICUL-
! TURAL TO E-ESTATE DISTRICT FOR WEST GREELEY FARMS.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter , is vested with the authority of administering the

affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on June 6 , 1979 , the Board of County Commissioners
in of Weld County, Colorado granted a change of zone from A-Agri-
at
cultural to E-Estate District for West Greeley Farms , and
WHEREAS, the resolution granting said change of zone
should have read throughout, "a change of zone with a Unit
N
Development" , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisa-
ble to amend said resolution as stated above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the resolution of
June 6 , 1979 granting a change of zone from A-Agricultural Dis-
trict to E-Estate District be, and hereby is amended as stated
above.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of
June, A.D. , 1979 .
