RESOLUTION
RE: ACKNOWLEDGE CANCELLATION OF TAX LIEN SALE CERTIFICATES (TS CERT
0470/1995 AND 0471/1995) FOR PARCEL #105728118023
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has received two (2) Certificates of Cancellation for Tax Lien Sale
Certificates (TS CERTs 0470/1995 and 0471/1995), for parcel #105728118023, from the office of
the Weld County Treasurer, and
WHEREAS, the facts as set forth on said Certificates of Cancellation, marked Exhibit A,
copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, require the cancellation
of TS CERTs 0470/1995 and 0471/1995, and
WHEREAS, the facts as set forth on Exhibit A further authorize the denial of a refund to the
holder of TS CERTs 0470/1995 and 0471/1995, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to acknowledge the cancellation of
said Tax Lien Sale Certificates (TS CERTs 0470/1995 and 0471/1995) for the property described
above and to deny a refund to the holder of the Certificate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that cancellation of the Tax Lien Sale Certificates (TS CERTs 0470/1995 and
0471/1995), on parcel #105728118023, by the Weld County Treasurer's Office be, and hereby is,
acknowledged.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 22nd day of November, A.D., 2010.
