While I did not some progress since my last inspection, the property is not yet in compliance. As we have
discussed on multiple occassions while the presence of a NONCOMMERCIAL JUNKYARD consisting of a
DERELICT VEHICLE (flat tire), concrete, tires, fencing, barrels and miscellaneous debris is an allowed use
within an Agriculturally zoned subdivision, such as Aristocrat Ranchettes, it must be completely
SCREENED from all adjacent properties and public rights-of-ways; otherwise, any Derelict Vehicles shall
be operational at all times and evidence of current registrations shall be submitted to this office. This is a
re-occurring violation.
RECOMMENDATION
The Department of Planning Services staff recommends that this case be forwarded to the County
Attorney's Office for immediate legal action.
