RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE ASSIGNMENT OF TAX LIEN SALE CERTIFICATES TO JOEL B. PERRI AND
AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board now is the owner of certain Tax Lien Sale Certificates, a description
of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof, which is for the value of the taxes
owed, and
WHEREAS, the subject properties are described as:

WHEREAS, on November 12, 2010, Joel B. Perri paid to the Treasurer the total sum of Two
Hundred Sixty-Five and 68/100 Dollars ($265.68) for the purchase of Tax Lien Sale Certificates
No.2009/08112 and No. 2009/08159 for the property listed and described on Exhibit A, which
amount represents the value of the taxes owed, plus delinquent interest; advertising fee(s); internet
fee(s); rebilling fee(s); redemption interest; and an assignment fee as of November 12, 2010; and
WHEREAS, the Board has the authority to assign the Tax Lien Sale Certificates in this
manner pursuant to Section 39-11-120, C.R.S., effective November 12, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Weld County Treasurer be and hereby is directed to prepare Tax Lien
Sale Certificate for the property listed on Exhibit A for assignment to Joel B. Perri.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized to
sign said assignment and any other associated necessary documentation to affect said assignment.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 22nd day of November, A.D., 2010.
