Attached is the problem. I had a call from a citizen this morning regarding a load of concrete that was dumped across from his house. Public Works personnel checked it out, and there is concrete dumped, but it is not close to our road or in the ROW. However, they say there is rebar in the concrete and a real possibility of it going into the water system. They thought it might be a county zoning violation. Could someone please check it out. The caller is Robert Shinazy, 28943 Brookside Drive, Windsor 396-4945. Thanks Zelma S. Wahl Public Works Office Administrator P.O.
