Dear Commissioner Rademacher:
The Department of Local Affairs has completed its review of your application for
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for the above referenced project.
Competition was intense for the limited amount of funds available.
Unfortunately, I am unable to offer any funding for your project at this time. Your
project, while eligible, was not as competitive as others being considered. Even
though I am unable to offer funding at this time, I encourage you to work with your
regional manager to make your project more competitive. Please contact your
regional manager Don Sandoval at (970) 679-4501 if you have questions about this
decision.
While we are unable to assist you with a grant at this time, we look forward to working
with you in the future.
