Dear Mr. Gathman,
In response to the Boulder County referral comments regarding west
elevation site landscaping of the proposed project for Bible
Baptist Church is the following.
The existing project site has existing, fully mature landscaping
features including mature trees and. fully irrigated grassed areas
and is adequate for the proposed project .
The existing sprinkler system, serviced by the well on the
property, shall be retrofitted to serve existing landscaping
impacted by .the .new proposed project plan. Refer to USR 1487
approved plan.
