in hand paid, hereby sell and convey to Weld County, Colorado, the right of way for a public high-
way over and across the following real property situate in the County of Weld and State of Colo-
rado, to-wit:
TWO Zlistrillof ground sixty feet wide,ilxbutmaxxxxxxxletharowsideoubtkia
now open and used as public thoroughfares in the Townsite of
Gilcrest, Weld County Colorac:o , according to the Plat thereof now
duly filed with the Clerk and Recorder of said County, to wit :
That part of Elm Street commencing 208.7 feet North of the
North side of twelfth Street, running thence Northward
to the County Road , also known on said Plat as fourteenth
street.
And that tart of Birch Street commencing at the North side
of Tvrelfth Street, running thence Northward to the County
Road , also known on said Plat as Fourteenth Street.

This deed is given as a result of the vacation of said
portions or streets from the Town of Gilcrest in order that same
may be preserved and used as public thoroughfares.
The consideration herein stated is in full compensation for all damages which would be considered
and assessed in any award or verdict in a proceeding under the Statutes of Colorado, to condemn
said strip of land for public road.
