WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, a customer agreement with Mountain Bell concerning equipment space has been presented to the Board of County Commis- sioners, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied said agreement and deems it advisable to authorize the Chairman of the Board to sign the same. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis- sioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Chairman of the Board be, and hereby is, authorized to sign the customer agreement with Mountain Bell concerning equipment space. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of November, A.D. , 1979 . Width of doorways,passage ways and starkvays must be su8klent to permit the movement of assembled equipment frames or switchboards.Minimum width is 3'.0".The door shall be secured with a tumbler type lock 10. Floors must be level within 1/8 Inch in 8 meal feet and be has of excessive vibration. 11. MISCELLANEOUS REQUIREMENTS In order to insure the security and operational integrity of the equipment during installation and future operation and well being of the installation and maintenance personnel the following items are to provided: 20. The telephone equipment area shall be free of excessive electromagnetic radiation emanating from such sources as:Radar transmitters,radio communications equipment x-ray-devices,non-synchronous motors,etc. 21. Copying machines SHALL NOT be situated kin the PBX equipment area.The area allocated to telephone equipment is dedicated for this purpose only.It is not b be uttlzed for storage of materials,or for work operabohs not cprduc%oe to telephone service. 22. Secure storage for Equipment shall be provided before and during installation. 23. During installation the hollowing shall be provided; A. Heating for Equipment Room. B. Access into work area(equipment and storage). C. Toilet facilities for installation personnel.
