Nevertheless,. on September 18, 2010, the Weld County Sheriffs Office was once again advised of a large horse event, this time with around 500 attendees occurring on this property. RECOMMENDATION: The Department of Planning Services recommends this case be forwarded to the County Attorney's Office for immediate legal action. He asked if he could submit the information on-line. I said he could fax or e-mail it. He said they would get it faxed in. I asked if he could get it turned in sometime this week. He said that shouldn't be a problem. I advised him that I already sent out the 30 day letter this morning. He said he would see about getting that faxed in. I told him to call if he had any questions once he got started with it. He said he would. 09/18/2010 Telephone call I received a message from Jaime (WCSO -Animal Control).
