WHEREAS, heretofore by Resolution of the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, it was determined to purchase
a certain piece of equipment from the FIRST MUNICIPAL LEASING
CORPORATION. 7801 East Belleview, Suite 20, Englewood, Colorado,
80110, further described as follows:
1 - New KOEHRING Backhoe, Model 1066C
22 yard, Serial No. C16183,
including all attachments and in accordance with Exhibits as were sub-
mitted for the total purchase price of One Hundred Thirty Two Thousand
Fifty-six Dollars ($132, 056. 00), and
WHEREAS, certain differences had arisen between the Board and
the lessor, First Municipal Leasing Corporation hereinabove mentioned
which could not be mutually resolved, and
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that it would be in the best
interest of the County that said Resolution and said Lease Purchase Agree-
ment incorporated therein be declared rescinded in toto and held for naught,
and
WHEREAS, heretofore by Resolution, the Board of County Commis-
sioners, Weld County, Colorado, subsequently did determine to lease pur-
chase from the First National Bank of Windsor, Windsor, Colorado, a
Colorado corporation, the identical hereinabove described property for a
total lease purchase price of One Hundred Thirty Two Thousand Fifty-six
Dollars ($132; 056. 00), all in accordance with lease purchase payment plan
as evidenced in certain schedules and all as identified in said Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, State of Colorado, and it hereby affirms and ratifies the
Resolution with the First National Bank of Windsor, Windsor, Colorado,
including all schedules and agreements as recited in said Resolution.
