RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT OF DUANE NAIBAUER TO BOARD OF RETIREMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Board of Retirement, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Duane Naibauer be reappointed to said board as
an employee representative, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Duane Naibauer to said board,with a
term to expire July 31, 2015.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Duane Naibauer be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Board of Retirement,
with a term to expire July 31, 2015.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 3rd day of August, A.D., 2011.
