HomeMy WebLinkAbout20111620.tiff RESOLUTION RE: DENY PETITIONS FOR ABATEMENT OR REFUND OF TAXES - CLARA CHONG WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, State of Colorado, at a duly and lawfully called regular meeting held on the 11th day of July, 2011, at which meeting there were present the following members: Chair Barbara Kirkmeyer, and Commissioners Sean P. Conway, William F. Garcia, David E.
