WHEREAS, by Resolution dated January 3, 1973, the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado expressed an intention to limit
the disposal of solid and/or liquid waste to those sites under contract
with Weld County Landfill , Inc. , and
WHEREAS, by an Assignment dated November, 1976, Weld County Landfill ,
Inc. assigned to Ralph Rohweder, all its right, title and interest in
those leases, contracts and permits giving it the right to operate said
sites, and
WHEREAS, Briggsdale Sanitary Landfill , Inc. wishes to open and
operate a waste disposal site, the exact location of the site which is
not yet determined, but to be within a six mile radius of the Town of
Briggsdale,
The undersigned, Ralph Rohweder, consents to Briggsdale Sanitary
Landfill , Inc. opening and operating a waste disposal site, the exact
location of which is not yet determined, but shall be located within
six miles of the Town of Briggsdale. The undersigned, Ralph Rohweder,
further releases the County of Weld and Briggsdale Sanitary Landfill ,
Inc. , from any obligations to or rights that may inure to Ralph Rohweder
regarding the aforementioned site as a result of the Resolution of
January 3, 1973.
