Dear Barbara Connolly,
I take great pride in writing to inform you that All Star Fleet Services, LLC has formally changed its
name. The official Articles of Amendment were filed with the Nevada Secretary of State formally
changing the name to"G4S Integrated Fleet Services, LLC."
As you may recall from my letter of July 25, 2011, All Star determined that we would greatly benefit
by furthering our alignment with our parent company, G4S, including changing the legal names of
certain operating entities in the All Star family of companies. In that letter, I assured you that the
change was in no way a transfer, sale, assignment of rights, or delegation of duties under our
Contract. Aside from a change in name and logo, it is still the same entity.
To minimize any confusion, the G4S Integrated Fleet Services, LLC entity is also officially registered
with a"Doing Business As" designation as All Star Fleet Services. This allows the entity to use the
business name of"All Star Fleet Services" until all of the transition activities are complete.
By this letter, I ask that you acknowledge the name change by counter-signing the enclosed
acknowledgement and returning it to Kevin Ingley in the enclosed self-addressed, stamped
envelope.

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
The undersigned customer("Customer") hereby acknowledges the above-described name
change and recognizes that"G4S Integrated Fleet Services, LLC"enjoys all of the rights,
privileges, and interests of"All Star Fleet Services, LLC" under Contract 510. This letter is
incorporated by reference into the Contract, and, except as modified herein, Customer
confirms that the Contract remains in full force and effect, and binding upon the parties
thereto according to the terms and conditions thereof. Except for the name-change as
modified by this letter,the parties shall abide by all of the terms and conditions of the
Contract, as amended by the parties from time to time.
