RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF TRUSTEES
FOR NORTH COLORADO MEDICAL CENTER (NCMC)
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Trustees for the North Colorado
Medical Center (NCMC), and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jim Cosner and David Owen be appointed
to said board, and that Jeffrey Carlson be reappointed, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Jim Cosner and David Owen to
said board, and to reappoint Jeffrey Carlson, all with terms to expire January 14, 2014.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Jim Cosner and David Owen be, and hereby are, appointed to the
Board of Trustees for the North Colorado Medical Center (NCMC), and Jeffrey Carlson is
reappointed, all with terms to expire January 14, 2014.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 17th day of January, A.D., 2011.
