RE : GRANT PERMISSION OF LONGMONT TIMES-CALL FOR INSTALLATION OF
A TELEPHONE IN THE WELD COUNTY CENTENNIAL CENTER.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Nancy J. Traver, reporter for the Longmont Times-
Call, has requested, on behalf of the Longmont Times-Call, that
a telephone be installed in the Weld County Centennial Center,
and
WHEREAS, it is understood that the Longmont Times-Call shall
pay for installation of said telephone and further shall pay for
the monthly telephone bills , and
WHEREAS, Weld County desires to give permission to the Long-
mont Times-Call for installation of said telephone.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Longmont Times-Call be ,
and hereby is, granted permission for installation of a telephone
in the Weld County Centennial Center.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of
February, A.D. , 1979.
