RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND
USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT #1777 FOR A TELECOMMUNICATION
ANTENNA TOWER (250-FOOT CELLULAR TOWER) IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL)
ZONE DISTRICT- DEWAIN SHAPLEY TRUST, C/0 VERIZON WIRELESS, LLC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a request for a Site Specific
Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit#1777 for a Telecommunication Antenna
Tower (250-foot cellular tower) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District for Dewain Shapley Trust,
c/o, Verizon Wireless, LLC, and
WHEREAS, at said hearing the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to
May 25, 2011, at the applicant's request, to allow the matter to be considered by a full quorum
of the Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the above mentioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
June 15, 2011, at 10:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 25th day of May, A.D., 2011.

The applicant Verizon Wireless c/o Dewain Shapley Trust have applied for a Site
Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit for a Telecommunication
Antenna Tower (250-foot tall cellular tower) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District.
The applicant is requesting a continuance of USR-1777 to June 15, 2011 when a full
board is present.
