RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO AREA AGENCY ON AGING ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Area Agency on Aging Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Susan Collins be appointed to said board, to
replace Kynda Wolfrum, and that William Pike be appointed to said board,to replace Jerry Weil, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Susan Collins and William Pike to said
board, both with terms to expire January 31, 2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Susan Collins and William Pike be, and hereby are, appointed to the Area
Agency on Aging Advisory Board, with terms to expire January 31, 2013.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 5th day of January, A.D., 2011.
