Dear Mr. Ogle:
My name is Catherine Radebaugh. I am an authorized representative of
Raccoon Valley Bank, which is the Conservator for Alice Couch. It is my
understanding from your letter that you are requesting of the
Conservatorship a waiver of a 30-day time period before a public hearing
for a Site Specific Development Plan for Randall and Robin Anders in
Weld County, Colorado.
From the discussion you had with the Conservatorship's attorney, Adam Doll,
the Anders are proposing to build a second residence on property on which
Mrs. Couch owns certain mineral rights. As I understand it, this
development plan, if approved, would be limited to only one additional
• residence being constructed on the parcel, and it will not interfere with
Mrs. Couch's mineral rights.
If my understanding is correct, then you have approval from the
Conservatorship of Alice Couch to waive the 30-day hearing. If you have
any questions, please give our attorney, Mr. Doll, a phone call.
