To Whom It May Concern: We have been paying$1102.73 property tax each year until this year when we received an almost 200%increase on the property valuation. We feel this is completely unreasonable given the current economic times in which property values have been continuing to decrease in value. This vacant land has no improvements, no water, sewer, electricity or other utilities. Being pie shaped with an almost 32 foot drop in elevation from east to west makes this property undesirable.
