The Department of Public Works requests the following amendments:
Item 1.A.9 references a water quality feature. This is incorrect.
The site requires full blown drainage. Please revise the item to say the following:
Label the detention pond as a "No Build/Storage Feature" and place the detention pond
in a drainage easement that has been described on the plat.
