MT Housing-R5339186 You indicated that should we go to CBOE on this property, you would be forced to request a value increase due to the requirement on your part to use the EDMA rent structure which would raise the income significantly. We agreed to contact the owner to discuss the issue and then communicate whether we would request an administrative denial or withdraw the appeal. We agreed to communicate with you on this issue by no later than noon, tomorrow, Friday„July 22, 2011. Marsid Land -R1396102 You indicated that you had some sales of Dollar Stores which you felt were somewhat indicative of the market and the fact that$100 per sq. ft. could possibly be sustained. We did agree, however, that they weren't great sales! As such, in looking at our$1,040,000 CBOE value request ($969.33 per sq. ft.), you offered to reduce to $85.00 per square foot. We asked for$80.00 per sq. ft. and said we would consult with the owner. I indicated I would have an answer this afternoon.
