Sirios, and Louis Sirios, Weld County, Colorado, and more particularly described as follows: The West one-half of the Northwest one-quarter of Section 32, Township 2 North, Range 61 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado, more particularly described as: Beginning at the Northwest corner said Section 32; thence South 00°00'00" East on an assumed bearing along the West line said Section 32 a distance of 2638. 95 feet to the West one-quarter corner said Section 32; thence North 89°35'40" East along the South line said West one-half Northwest one-quarter a distance of 1321. 09 feet to the Southeast corner said West one-half Northwest one-quarter; thence North 00°01'53" West along the East line said West one-half Northwest one-quarter a distance of 2639. 33 feet to the Northeast corner said West one-half North- west one-quarter; thence South 89°34'40" West along the North line said West one-half Northwest one-quarter a distance of 1319. 65 feet to the point of beginning. S. 30-28-101 (10), as amended, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Weld, State of Colorado, has studied the request of the petitioner and studied the recommendations of the Weld County Planning Commission, and having been fully informed, now desires to exempt this particular division of land pursuant to its authority under 1973 C. R. S. 30-28-101 (10) (d), as amended.
