RE: APPOINTMENTS OF ESTHER McCRUMB AND RONALD EDGARTON AS MEM-
BERS OF THE WELD COUNTY LIBRARY BOARD.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, two vacancies now exist on the Weld County Library
Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Esther McCrumb be
appointed to serve on said Board to replace Mary Margaret Carlson
for a term to expire on July 1, 1982 , and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Ronald Edgarton
be appointed to serve on said Board to replace Dr. Forrest
Frease for a term to expire on July 1 , 1982.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Esther McCrumb and
Ronald Edgarton be, and hereby are, appointed to serve on the
Weld County Library Board for terms to expire on July 1 , 1982 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of
June, A.D. , 1979 .
