WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, at a public hearing held on the 18th day of January, 1978, in the Chambers of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the division into two parcels of a certain parcel of land, as shown on the plat known as Recorded Exemption No. 296 , Lots A and B, being the property of Dora Saliman, located in the North one-half of the NW4 of Section 32, Township 2 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: The North one-half of the Northwest one-quarter of Section 32, Township 2 North, Range 66 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, East of the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way, and the Northwest one-quarter of the Northeast one-quarter of Section 32, Township 2 North, Range 66 West of the 6th Principal Meridian all in Weld County, Colorado, EXCEPT the North 30.00 feet for the County Road right-of-way.
