RE: APPROVAL OF RECORDED EXEMPTION NO. 296 - DORA SALIMAN.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, at a public hearing
held on the 18th day of January, 1978, in the Chambers of
the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that
the division into two parcels of a certain parcel of land, as
shown on the plat known as Recorded Exemption No. 296 , Lots
A and B, being the property of Dora Saliman, located in the
North one-half of the NW4 of Section 32, Township 2 North,
Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and being
more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
The North one-half of the Northwest one-quarter
of Section 32, Township 2 North, Range 66 West of the 6th
Principal Meridian, East of the Union Pacific Railroad
right-of-way, and the Northwest one-quarter of the
Northeast one-quarter of Section 32, Township 2 North,
Range 66 West of the 6th Principal Meridian all in Weld
County, Colorado, EXCEPT the North 30.00 feet for the
County Road right-of-way.
Contains 94.300 Acres, more or less.
does not come within the purview of the definition of the terms ,
"subdivision" and "subdivided land" , pursuant to its authority
under Section 20-38-101 (10) (d) , CRS 1973, as amended, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, finds that this particular division of land is not
within the purposes of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations
and the Board desires to exempt this particular division of land
from the definition of "subdivision" and "subdivided land" pur-
suant to its authority under Section 30-28-101 (10) (d) , CRS 1973 ,
as amended, and Section 2-1A(3) of the Weld County Subdivision
Regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the hereinabove de-
scribed parcel of land owned by Dora Saliman, be exempt from

Be it Resolved by the Weld County Planning Commission that the appli-
cation for rezoning from A ( Agricultural District) to
C ( Commercial District) covering the following described
property in Weld County, Colorado, to-wit:

be recommend (I 4i 1W5M1 i) to the Board of County Commissioners
for the following reasons:
1. The applicant has failed to furnish documentation of an approved
water supply for the proposed commercial activity. The proposed
domestic water supply for the commercial development is proposed
to be a domestic well which has not yet been approved by the
State Engineer, Division of Water Resources . The State Engineer,
Division of Water Resources, has indicated they cannot recommend
approval of the rezoning request until information is presented
concerning the water supply for the proposed development .
2. The Weld County Building Inspection Division has indicated the
applicant needs to supply additional information to them concerning
the proposed use(s) of the existing structures (box cars and barn) .
This information is needed to determine the acceptability of those
structures from a structural and safety standpoint for the specific
uses proposed.
