RE : REAPPOINT DR. FORREST FREASE, TRUSTEE, BOARD OF TRUSTEES ,
WELD COUNTY LIBRARY.
WHEREAS , the term of Dr. Forrest Frease as Trustee
on the Board of Trustees for the Weld County Library has
expired, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Dr. Forrest
Frease be reappointed for a term of three years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of
County Commissioners , Weld County, Colorado, that Dr. Forrest
Frease be, and he hereby is reappointed to serve as a member
on the Board of Trustees for the Weld County Library for a
term of three years beginning this date and ending May 1 , 1979 .
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion
duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote this
24th day of May, A. D. , 1976 , nunc pro tunc May 12 , 1976.

On May 12, 1976, the Board of County Commissioners
reappointed Dr. Forrestrxto a three year term on
the Library Board of Trustees. Enclosed are two copies
of the resolution expressing this action. One copy is
for your files; the other is Dr. Freese' s personal copy.
Please note that we have also included an Oath of
Office form which must be signed by Dr. Freese. After
completion, return said form to this office.
