It also includes using backhoe to load dump trucks with fife dirt or road base. They also installcattCe guards which remain on site once the task is finished the crews will drive back to the shop and then proceed to go home.lb services CCc also has dump truck work which duties are for when fief dirt or road base is needed at a location they will haul road base or fill dirt in or out of the location. The crews consist °f lour with the exception of one crew which only consist of three people. We have four crews including the one crew with three people that come to a total of fifteen crew members'one welder and two dump truck drivers.lb services tic has only one office personnel who comes in at 9:oo am and leaves at 6:oopm. She is in charge of office administrating payroll and whatever other task assigned to her. 3-Cer scheduled days are .Monday through friday she is never on site on sat or sum The owner of jb and site wilt come in from time to time to check what is neededfrom him or to provide supplies neededfor office. The foreman manager will come in at 5:30 am to make notes of who wilCget what task he willproceed to leave the site after aCCthe crews are ready to go to the locations which takes them about 15 minutes to ready their trucks if not yet ready. So in conclusion the only person on site during the day is the office administrator.
