RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO 911 EMERGENCY TELEPHONE SERVICE
AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the 911 Emergency Telephone Service
Authority Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Gary Sandau be reappointed to said board
as the Fire Protection County Appointee, and that Mitch Wagy be reappointed as the
Emergency Medical Service County Appointee, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Gary Sandau and Mitch Wagy to
said board, with terms to expire January 8, 2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Gary Sandau and Mitch Wagy be, and hereby are, reappointed to
the 911 Emergency Telephone Service Authority Board, with terms to expire January 8, 2013.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 31st day of January, A.D., 2011.
