This 4200 w.30th st.was sold to me on 7/10/2009 for$210,000. It was on the market for two and a half years. I believe we over paid,the real price should have been $200,000 or under. 2. The list of homes that sold in our area 6 block radius or 34 mile of this home.Was given to me by the mortgage company. Some smaller or bigger the average price was $157,576.
