WHEREAS, Weld County, Colorado, has advertised for bids for
trash removal service all in accordance with proposal marked Exhibit A
attached herewith and made a part hereof, and
WHEREAS, Weld County, Colorado, did receive bids from The
Way Rubbish, Inc. , G & S Sanitation Service, Inc. (Formerly Lucky Trash),
and Branter Trash Service), and-
WHEREAS, THE WAY RUBBISH, INC., submitted the following low
bid:

WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interests of the County
to accept the low bid of THE WAY RUBBISH, INC.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County

Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that the low bid of THE WAY
RUBBISH, INC. , for trash removal from the above listed facilities be
and the same is hereby accepted and approved and to be effective from
June 1, 1974, to May 31, 1975.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have set their hands
and seals this 4th day of June, A. D„ 1975.
