The Department has reviewed the bids for Bid No. #61100131 and recommends the Board of
County Commissioners approve the bid from All Copy Products for a Canon imagePROGRAF.
The unit meets all bid specifications. All Copy's bid was the low bid at $7,995. The Department
is recommending that the unit be purchased rather than leased.
Note: Staff from the Department and ACS met with representatives from All Copy to discuss
functionality, maintenance costs, consumable costs, etc. and is comfortable with the selection.
