your consent to the assignment of all my right,title, and interest the said lease to Esenjay Oil and Gas,Ltd.,
whose address is 500 North Water Street, Suite 1100 South,Corpus Christi,TX 78401:
I) Weld County Oil and Gas Lease dated March 11,2009,between Weld County, Colorado,
as Lessor,and Baseline Minerals, as Lessee,covering the N/2 of Section 24,Township 5
North, Range 61 West, Weld County Colorado,recorded at Reception No.3672578 in
the Weld County Clerk and Recorder's office.
Please signify your consent to the above assignment by signing,dating and returning one(1)copy
of this letter to me in the stamped envelope provided.
