Griego, Director, Human Seri/ s De4cnClent RE: Bid for Mediation Services for the Weld County Department of Human Services Enclosed for Board approval is Bid for Mediation Services for the Department. This Bid was reviewed under the Board's Pass-Around Memorandum dated December 19, 2011, and approved for placement on the Board's Agenda. Upon recommendation from the Board of County Commissioners and an YFC Commission member, for additional mediation services, the Department went through the purchasing bid process through the County Purchasing Department. As a result of this Bid process, one (1) bid was received from David Melusky of Hagen and Melusky, Inc., from Windsor, Colorado. David Melusky agrees to provide mediation services at a cost of$210.00 per hour. It is the Department's recommendation to award the contract to David Melusky at the rate specified. This service will be reimbursed to the provider from Core Services funds. The term for the mediation services will be January 1, 2012 through May 31, 2012.
